The materials’ energy transport, motion, mechanic dynamics of ocean ecosystem will be fully reviewed on the basis of the past hydrology theories, and the boundary layer mechanism discussed in my previous article is applied on the formation of turbulent flow in hydrology [1], with emphasis on the physical, chemical and biological exchange mechanism of ocean pollutants.
